Besides welcoming the new members to the Networking evening, there was the presentation of two Service Excellence Awards which is sponsored by the George Herald. Although this award is intended for an individual who provides superior service, this month saw the accolades going to the members of two teams which provide exceptional service. The awards were presented to Natalie van der Merwe and Willie Jacobs of Diskonto Stationers and to Gaby Byron, Natascha Mitchell and Jacques Greeff of Super Rent George.
Another highlight of the evening was the presentation of three lucky draw prizes, one of which was won by Paul Hoffman, Business Advisor of SEDA. Presented to Paul by Ron Boon, the chairman of KeNako Golf Academy, the prize consists of a half hour session with each of the four KeNako professionals including golf player Roger Wessels.
The second George Herald Service Excellence Award was presented to Gaby Byron, Natascha Mitchell and Jacques Greeff of Super Rent. The awards was handed over by Imel Rautenbach and Ingrid Cronje from the George Business Chamber.
