GEORGE NEWS - The George Municipality hereby gives notice of a planned electricity supply interruption scheduled for a portion of George South, Dormehlsdrift, Fichat, and York Street on Thursday, 17 July from 12:00 to 13:00.

This outage is necessary to carry out alterations to the electrical mains. Residents are advised to treat all electrical installations as live during this period, as the power may be restored at any time without further notice.

If the work cannot be completed on the scheduled day, the alternate date for the power outage is: Thursday, 24 July from 12:00 to 13:00.
