Women of Pacaltsdorp encouraged to upcycle
A youth ambassador from the George Municipality Youth Office, Melonique Morris, assisted by the Pacaltsdorp Community Business Association (PCBA), is leading a group of young women from Pacaltsdorp in implementing an upcycling programme with the aim of building skills and generating income.
