Twenty small businessowners from Pacaltsdorp received smart phones during a handover by the minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Solly Malatsi, to improve their access to digital opportunities and so help their businesses grow.The handover took place at the iHub in Pacaltsdorp on Wednesday 18 March and was also attended by George Mayor, Browen Johnson
