Hawthorndene Hotel goes under the hammer
Many Georgians are hoping that when the old Hawthorndene Hotel and surrounding buildings/prime land goes on sale on Friday 29 September, it will be the end of its apparent bad luck spell and that all the troubles that have been plaguing this property will disappear. The hotel with its annexures and 10 000m² of prime property are undoubtedly valuable and in great demand.
