Nuwe rekord for Lloyd Bosman
Lloyd Bosman (Nedbank) het Saterdagoggend in George 'n nuwe roete-rekord opgestel vir opemans by die gewilde McDonald's na McDonald's 10 km-padwedloop. Bosman het gewen in 29:44. Die vorige rekord van 29:49 is ook in 2013 deur Lloyd opgestel. Die wedloop het 450 deelnemers gelok. "Ek voel baie goed dat ek op my roete-rekord van 2013 kon verbeter. Die wedloop het in 'n goeie gees plaasgevind en die weer was ideaal om 'n goeie tyd te hardloop. Wat vir my belangrik is dat ek beseringsvry is en weer volstoom kan oefen.
