A mix of gospel, cheery sing-along songs like Staan op en Sing got the audience joining in enthusiastically. Festival goers also swooned at romantic love songs and the soulful renditions of Solitaire and The Power of love.
After the singing quartet shot to fame in 2008, their albums went on to reach gold, platinum and double platinum status. Their international career was launched by performing at the wedding of Prince Albert and Charlene Wittstock in Monaco in 2011. They also represented South Africa during the opening show of the Olympics. Since then Romanz toured abroad extensively with performances alongside Andrea Bocelli and supporting Katherine Jenkins.
During Sunday's dynamic show they proved why they are the country's most popular group. And of course they are as good looking as they are talented. They thanked local singer Michael Lindt for writing some of their lush, harmonious songs and for setting a romantic mood when opening the show.
