GEORGE NEWS - The luxurious sophistication at Henry White Restaurant inside the Fancourt Manor House has been enhanced to offer an enchanted night out.
A four-course choice menu provides a culinary experience.
The group of VIP guests who were introduced to the new look of Henry White on Thursday experienced the pleasant ambiance, with magnificent original fireplaces providing a backdrop to the arrival area, where diners mingle with pre-dinner drinks before being seated.
To compliment the new design, Henry White's chefs have refined the menu, which features arrival snacks, starter, soup, sorbet, main course and dessert.

All can be paired with fine local wines.
Executive Chef Desmond Morgan, renowned for using local produce in his dishes, says guests can still look forward to the same delicious fare and elegant styling but with a revived flair.

"A lot of our dishes are so popular and set in the history of the Fancourt estate that we will always keep them on the menu, modernising them from time to time to keep them current."
Henry White is renowned as a dining destination where creative dishes with colourful flavour combina-tions are combined with impeccable service.
The restaurant was recently awarded Diamond status in the annual Diners Club Wine List Awards.
Henry White Restaurant is relished by hotel guests as well as Fancourt homeowners who have come to savour this quiet haven for fine dining.
