The route begins with an unforgettable ice-cream experience at Framboos Handcrafted Ice-Cream.
Create the dessert of your dreams by combining creamy gelato or soft serve with home-baked cookies, decadent sauce, fresh fruit and tasty toppings.
Signature ice-creams are the Strawberry Pavlova, Blueberry and Raspberry (80% fruit) with six other gelatos that change weekly.
In total, Framboos has 60 delicious varieties of ice-cream that will make every visit an exciting discovery.
Condensed Milk Fudge, Bar One, Cookies and Cream, Peanut Brittle, Tiramisu, Ferrero Rocher and Pina Colada are just some of the amazing choices that make us drool, especially when paired with Milky Bar sauce, Turkish Delight and Oreo crumble!
The next stop is the tasting room at Houtbosch Wines and Craft Beer, overlooking the fountain and majestic mountains on the lush lawns at Redberry Farm - a cool and casual way to slow down with friends and family.

Houtbosch Wine is locally grown at vineyards on the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountains and cultivated into the enthralling flavours that we enjoy on the tasting room floor.
Houtbosch's Pinot Noir 2016 has just won a Vitis Vinifera gold award, which is a competition driven by the consumer for exclusive, elusive top-echelon wines.
The third new feast of flavor is the Noshery Pizzeria and Deli that serves classic and gourmet pizzas baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
Your taste buds will have an experience like no other when indulging in the signature pizzas, the Nosh, Deli Deluxe, Posh Nosh and the Sweet Delight drizzled with delicious chocolate, strawberries and cream.
