KNYSNA NEWS - The Knysna Arts and Awareness Lifestyle charity event is a groundbreaking, opulent, black-tie event of the highest calibre that will be taking place on 27 October.
It will be hosted at Villa Castollini and is organised by Alliance Management Consulting.
After organisers presented the event to the Garden Route District Municipality at a council meeting, all eight municipalities welcomed and endorsed it as an annual event to showcase hospitality and local business partnerships, and raise awareness for NPOs in the community.
The aim of the event is to highlight the importance of supporting local talent in the Garden Route who need platforms to showcase their work, talent and gifts to a bigger market, and to help understand the social ills communities face. Featuring local chefs, dancers, fashion designers, arts, music, wine, premium vehicles and comedians, it is expected to attract local and national businesses, celebrities and media houses.
