GEORGE ENTERTAINMENT NEWS - One of the most anticipated highlights of the Wilderness Art Festival is the Alles in Wonderland Fashion Show, taking place at the Wilderness Hotel swimming pool area on Saturday 11 October (19:30).
With its unique setting and stunning line-up of designers, the show is set to be a fantastical feast for the eyes. With free entry, everyone can enjoy this event.
The vision for the fashion show began in 2020 when Kelly Shannon and Greg van den Berg first organised a community-driven runway during the festival.
"What started as a local initiative quickly grew into a celebrated tradition, showcasing the creativity of designers and models from Wilderness and beyond," says festival organiser Carole Durrant.
This year's show is hosted by Freedom Feathers, Kelly Shannon's own fashion brand, and invites audiences to step 'down the rabbit hole' into a wonderland of style and imagination. "This is a huge community drive - a potpourri of beautiful men, women and local designers," says Shannon.
When it comes to the fashion show, fun is a guaranteed part of the package.
The nine featured designers include Freedom Feathers, Andreio Designs, Jacques de Fashion, Emmanuel Designs, Studio Sea Love, Beauty 4 Ashes, Dina's Designs, Beach Threads Wilderness Originals and Eva Andric.
