Kinderkoor se Dumela-vertoning 'n treffer
Te midde van jubelende applous uit 'n volgepakte George-burgersentrum, het die Suid-Kaap Kinderkoor (SKKK) se middagvertoning 'n heuglike viering van hulle uitsonderlike internasionale prestasie geword. Die jong koor, onder leiding van Jan-Erik Swart, het triomfantelik teruggekeer uit België waar hulle as die cum laude-wenners by die 64ste Europees Muziekfestival voor de Jeugd in Neerpelt aangewys is in die kategorie vir kinderkore. Neerpelt staan bekend vir uitmuntendheid op alle gebiede wat kultuur en sport aanbetref.
