GEORGE BOWLS NEWS - After two good wins in the first two rounds of the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty Spring Business Challenge, Wilderness Wales top the log with 25 points.
The joint winners from round one, Fidelity ADT and Raubenheimers Attorneys, played a hotly contested 11-11 draw, dropping them to second and fifth place respectively. A much-improved Waterboys team moved up into third place, alongside Lancewood, after their second win.
For the second week in a row there was a tie for the best result on the night. Mazars Gold and Discovery, both scoring 14 points, received the prizes sponsored by Heineken.
The George Bowling Club invites friends, relatives and members of the public to enjoy a fun-filled evening for the third round of the Spring Challenge on Thursday 18 October from 17:00 onwards.
