GEORGE NEWS - Karate students of the Eden Karate Federation enjoyed another high-intensity training session at the Rosemoor Indoor Sport Centre in George last weekend.

The karate conditioning camp focused on endurance, fitness and advanced attack techniques.

This time, the Eden team was privileged to be joined by members of Karate Kyousei, who travelled from Plettenberg Bay to participate in the session. 

Their presence added great value to the experience and further strengthened inter-dojo collaboration.

The training was led under the expert guidance of Eden's head coach, Sensei Mareon Ferndale, with support from Eden's dedicated fitness and conditioning coach, Eljay Goliath.

Eden Karate thanked its president, Jerome Petersen, for his continued leadership and the George Municipality for once again making its facilities available for youth development and community sport.
