GEORGE NEWS - The chase is on in the Lew Geffin/Sotheby's Business Bowling League at the George Bowling Club.
Although Wilderness Whales is still leading the Challenge Division, York High have managed to narrow the gap to within one point. Sapcor have everything to play for on the final night tonight (30 March) to see if they will be able to split the two top-ranking teams in the Challenge Division.
The Plate Division continues to be dominated by George High 1 but Team Aldes has pulled a rabbit out of the hat to elevate themselves into second position. Lancewood Edam and Forensic Services 1 are snapping at their heels and it will be interesting to see if they can handle the pressure in the last round of matches.
So, with the final games to be played tonight, excitement and jingling nerves will determine who walks away with the bucks whilst the rest mull over what could have been achieved - and on how to improve their chances of victory come the next round commencing on September 17.
