Teko to miss Telkom Knockout final?

NATIONAL NEWS - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has confirmed that midfielder Teko Modise will miss Wednesday’s Telkom Knockout final against Kaizer Chiefs.

Modise was spotted by Phakaaathi training with the rest of the team at Chloorkop on Monday, but Mosimane insists that he is out.

“Teko has not recovered fully from his hamstring injury, so he is out,” said Mosimane in Durban on Tuesday.

Also doubtful for the final is captain Ramahlwe Mphahlele and midfielder Themba Zwane, who are said to have not fully recovered from the quadricep muscle and groin injuries respectively.
