GEORGE NEWS - "Ikati emnyama", the Black Cats from Lawaaikamp, suffered another humiliating defeat when they lost 4-1 against the former Premier Soccer League side Santos on Saturday 5 March at the Thornton field in Cape Town.
The Lawaaikamp giants player Siphamandla Hlangabeza netted the first goal of the Western Cape ABC Motsepe League game against the home team, Santos.
Black Cats players protected their lead very well closing down strong Santos attacks and the first half ended 1-0 Black Cats leading.
In the second half the tables were turned with the home team taking the game from the visitors. Santos came back into the game and scored four goals to win the game. The Black Cats first eleven players that started the game against Santos in Cape Town are Siphosethu Nyunya, Lucky Veiver, Ryan Gcuwa, Likhona Ntulo, Viwe Mawindi, Mivuyo Manzi, Tsepo Mbenyana, Mzwanele Jwaqa, Siphamandla Hlangabeza, Xolani Mandla and Lunga Jantjies.
