GEORGE NEWS - The newly promoted side Fast Eleven FC from George lost 2-0 against Moonlight FC in a Safa Eden Hollywoodbets Regional League encounter last weekend.
The game was played in Dysselsdorp on Saturday afternoon, 9 November.
Fast Eleven had been promoted to the Safa Eden Hollywoodbets Regional League after the Oudtshoorn Military base team gained promotion to the Western Cape ABC Motsepe Provincial League for the 2024/25 season.
Nelson Mandela University's team, Madibaz, secured their first three points in the Regional League when they beat Black Cats FC 2-1 at the NMU sports facility, while Simunye FC played a 4-4 draw against Sea Birds from Mossel Bay at the Lawaaikamp Stadium.
