GEORGE FOOTBALL NEWS - On Saturday 28 April, Mamelodi Sundowns again emerged as the champions of the Absa Premiership Soccer League (PSL) when they defeated Ajax Cape Town 3-1, led to victory by head coach Pitso Mosimane.
Sundowns has won the PSL league in the seasons of 2015/16, 2013/14, 2007/08, 2005/2006, 1999/2000, 1999, 1997/98, 1993, 1990 and 1988.
Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs, some of the bigger forces to be reckoned with in the PSL, finished second and third respectively.
