GEORGE NEWS - The pride and the last hope of the Eden Region Black Cats football club failed another difficult test away from home when they went down 3-1 against Gansbaai City on Sunday afternoon, 6 February at the Masakhane Sports field in Cape Town.
The first leg between the two teams was played in George at Rosemoor stadium where the Lawaaikamp giants Black Cats football club defeated Gansbaai City 2-0 in George.
So far Black Cats played 9 fixtures with two victories, drew two games, and they were defeated in five matches sitting with eight points in the Western Cape ABC Motsepe league in stream A.
While Gansbaai City registered three wins, and lost in six matches with nine points in their stream.
Cape Town Hotspurs netted the most goals of the weekend when sank the struggling LFA Langebaan fc 6-0.Hout Bay United football club played very well and they managed to Ikapa Sporting 4-1.
