GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - Outdoor enthusiasts and fitness fans, mark your calendars! The Forest Frenzy Trail Run is coming to the scenic Garden Route Trail Park in Karatara on Saturday 21 December.
Offering participants the opportunity to experience the beauty of nature, this event promises a day of fun, fitness, and fantastic forest trails.
The trail run features two exciting distances: a challenging 21km course for seasoned runners and a slightly shorter 14km option for those looking for a less intense, but equally rewarding experience. Participants can look forward to spectacular forest scenery while testing their endurance.
The entry includes a delicious boerewors roll to refuel after the race. In addition, beer, coffee, cakes, and light lunches will be available for purchase, ensuring a well-rounded day for participants and spectators alike.
Registration starts at 06:30 and runs at 08:00.
