Krejcir asked have his cuffs removed, to call his lawyer, to call witnesses and requested special entry.
He then accused the judge of showing bias, saying he hasn’t been given a fair opportunity to argue his sentence.
He says he is a father who has spent 27 months in prison and has suffered from panic attacks and depression.
The State is calling for an effective 28 years behind bars for Krejcir.
Court was adjourned for lunch when Krejcir asked if he could go to the holding cells to take his medication.
