NATIONAL NEWS - A UK Public Relations regulator has told Eyewitness News that a dismissal of a Democratic Alliance (DA) complaint against Bell Pottinger would've been announced by now.
That suggests the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA)'s disciplinary committee has found that the PR firm has breached its code of ethics.
In July, the DA accused Bell Pottinger of trying to stir racial tension in South Africa through campaigns for the Gupta-owned Oakbay.
Ahead of last week's one-day hearing, the PR association said if the DA's case against Bell Pottinger is unsuccessful, it would make an announcement by the end of Thursday.
