The Scribante Raceway team showed off their newly built 1975 Chevron B26 race car, which arrived back from England only last Monday after being modified in Chester, England. The B26 is powered by two Suzuki Hayabusa top ends on a V8 crank case. The team says Franco Scribante will be driving this car next year to claim back the King of the Hill title at the Jaguar Samola Hillclimb in Knsyna.
Also from the Scribante stable was a 1994 Lambo, 1972 Ferrari 365 GTB, 1971 Mercedes 280 SL Pagoda, and four original Vespas dating back to the early ‘50s.
From local collectors various beautifully restored motorcycles and vehicles were on display including a hot Pontiac GTO, a beautifully restored Karmann Ghia, V8 hot rod trucks, a Lotus motorcycle, various customised motorcycles as well as modern and classic two wheels.
