GEORGE NEWS - This year, the Walk For Freedom was hosted to pay tribute to all the victims and survivors of human trafficking.
The Ateam here in George says the walk is held to spread awareness of human trafficking as a global issue.
They hope it will spark conversations with friends and family, and create platforms for preventing this from happening to our families.
They had about 500 participants on Saturday who walked in silence to make a loud noise for this worthy cause.
