GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - A small group of residents of Tsunami, an informal settlement in Zone 9, Thembalethu, want to know why they won't receive the serviced erven they thought was coming their way.
According to one of the leaders of the group, Lindile Snoek, George Municipality returned the money allocated for this project, to the Western Cape Province.
George Municipality's response is being awaited.
The group walked from Thembalethu to the Civil Service Department in York Street, to deliver their small memorandum, singing and chanting all the way.
