Sweet George is waiting for his happy ending

GEORGE NEWS - Meet George, the gentle soul with a broken heart.

George, a medium-sized mixed-breed boy of about four years old, came to the Garden Route SPCA (GRSPCA) with his best friend, Bella the Pekingese.

They were surrendered together and shared a strong bond. Sadly (or not, depending on your outlook), Bella has found her forever home … and George is still waiting.

This sweet boy is gentle, friendly and gets along well with his kennel mates, but you can see the loneliness in his eyes. He’s longing for his forever home with new friends and a family.

George doesn’t ask for much; just a loving home, a soft bed, and someone to show him that he matters. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, George is your guy.
