GEORGE NEWS - Georgian Sasha Hustler attracted a lot of attention and appreciation from people for the way he decorated his dark blue Hyundai Getz for Christmas as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
His mother, Alexandra, says they want to acknowledge how warmly the community embraced the Christmas spirit. "George truly showed up. We want to thank the town for loving Rudolph the Red Nosed Getz as much as we do, and for making this Christmas one we will never forget.
"Watching children’s faces light up was magical, but seeing older residents clap, wave, and smile was something else entirely. That joy meant everything. Thank you, George, for bringing the Christmas spirit to life in 2025."
This was the second year Sasha decorated his car as Rudolph.
He took part in the Christmas Mass Ride, handing out sweets to children, and made several appearances in Oewer Street.
On Christmas Eve, Sasha and his friends handed out sweets to children and parents along the street, playing Christmas carols and encouraging everyone to have fun and celebrate together.
