GEORGE NEWS - Conville Police is investigating a murder docket following the death of a 35-year-old man in Miller Street, Rosemoor, on 25 December.
Southern Cape police spokesperson Warrant Officer Christopher Spies said circumstances surrounding the man's death are under investigation.
"Reports available indicate that Conville police members responded to a fight and on arrival the injured man was already taken to hospital. He was declared deceased by medical personnel on arrival."
The incident happened at about 18:00.
A man has been taken into custody in connection with the killing. He will appear in court once charged, said Spies.
