GEORGE NEWS - Circumstances surrounding the death of a 47-year-old man at Ammon Street, Reigerpark on Saturday, 08 April is under investigation.
“Information available indicates that police were dispatched to the scene at about 14:20. On arrival the members found the victim with a stab wound to the thighs,” said Police Spokesperson Sgt Chris Spies.
"He was declared dead by paramedics on scene. Police also arrested a 42-year-old woman, believed to be the life partner of the deceased, on the scene. Pacaltsdorp Detectives are investigating a murder case.
The suspect remains in police custody. She will appear in court once charged.”
