GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS - In the latest weather forecast from the SA Weather Service, Tuesday will be cool to cold but sunshine is expected in most parts.
There are no weather warnings for the Garden Route and Karoo today.
Expected weather conditions for today:
Western Cape
Morning fog patches in the north-west, otherwise partly cloudy and cold to cool but fine in the extreme west. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly to easterly but strong along the south-west coast.
It will be light and variable along the south coast in the early morning. The expected UVB sunburn index: Moderate
Western half of the Eastern Cape
Cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and rain in places in the south and east in the morning, becoming partly cloudy in the evening.
The wind along the coast will be light to moderate easterly but north-easterly in places.
Eastern half of the Eastern Cape
Cloudy and cold to cool with scattered showers and thundershowers, but widespread along the Wild coast and adjacent interior. Snowfalls can be expected in places over the northeastern high ground/mountains.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly becoming light to moderate south-easterly from the west.
