GEORGE NEWS -An unidentified man died after he was hit by an Isuzu double cab bakkie on the N2 highway between Thembalethu and Parkdene earlier this afternoon.
According to the driver of the vehicle, the man came out of nowhere and ran in front of the bakkie.
No-one else was injured in the incident.
