GEORGE NEWS - The George Methodist Church's popular holiday club for children from Grade RR to Grade 7 will be held from Monday to Friday, 24 to 28 June.
The theme this year is "The Big Freeze!".
The programme runs from 08:00 till 12:30 every day and includes worship, Bible lessons, crafts, dramas and lots of games. A morning tea break is held where the children receive a light lunch and something to drink.
It costs R40 a day or R170 for the week per child. There is a dress-up theme for each day.
On Friday, there will be a market where the kids can buy a yummy treat or two. Parents are invited to join the children at 12:00 to see how the children have been kept busy during the week.
