GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEO - Famous South African garden guru Keith Kirsten inspired over 100 attendees to garden  sustainably in his talk at the Garden Route Botanical Garden this morning. 

Kirsten's enthusiasm for changing the world not one tree at a time, but in huge leaps of forest, marshland and grassland, reverberated with the receptive audience. 

Kirsten used statistics to show the importance of nurturing a wide biodiversity including plants, bees and butterflies and fauna. If we humans want to live on this planet, we need to keep the planet healthy.

Kirsten encouraged everybody to become active members of the local botanical society and so form part of a global sustainability revolution.
