Jail time at SPCA on Mandela Day

GEORGE NEWS - Do you know someone who is guilty of giving their cat too much attention? Or feeding their dog too much biltong or treats? Does the dog have more clothes than you?

Then why not nominate the "offender" for this year's SPCA Jail & Bail on Mandela Day?

The Garden Route SPCA (GRSPCA) is looking for "offenders" who are guilty of spoiling their animals too much. The most serious "complaints" will be investigated and an "arrest" will take place on Mandela Day, Tuesday 18 July.

Please forward your "charge sheets" to branchg@grspca.co.za with the charges and the name and address of the accused. The most serious charges will be "arrested" and bail will start at R300.

On the day you can also bring your family and friends and walk one of the dogs in the GRSPCA's care, cuddle a cat or enjoy what the different food stalls will have on offer.
