Update
GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - Francois Rocher (27), a man with charges of fraud and theft against him, was denied bail during his appearance in the Great Brak River Magistrate's Court on Monday, 15 October.
Rocher, originally from Welkom, is accused of staying at guest houses without paying the full fee for his accommodation.
He was arrested in George on 27 September. The matter has been postponed to 19 November for further investigation.
