GEORGE NEWS - On 21 August, three Grade 11 Glenwood House College students participated in the Garden Route Eisteddfod. Gemma Doherty, Lindy Prinsloo and Christen Strydom entered the singing category.
They sang two classical vocal solos each and achieved phenomenal results. They obtained an A++ for each of their songs (the highest result possible) and also received Special Awards.
They put tremendous amount of effort into preparing for this event.
Considering that this was the first "live" eisteddfod in over a year, they handled it extremely well to be on stage again.
