GEORGE NEWS - Three of Glenwood House School's students made it through to the gala concert of the Young Musicians competition held at the George Arts Theatre on 9 June.
Kirsten Pharaoh (Gr 7) received the Best Classical trophy for her rendition of Somewhere out there, while Cuemi Tsai (Gr 5) received the Best Contemporary and First Junior trophies.
Steven Kapp (Gr 11) won the trophy for Music Excellence with his beautiful Rachmaninoff performance.
All three students receive music lessons from Greta Benadé, Glenwood House School's Preparatory music teacher.
