Giving back with Meridian Realty

GEORGE NEWS - On 18 July, the Meridian Realty Garden Route team joined forces to give back to their community.

Joey's Babies Kleuterskool/Preschool & Nasorg/Aftercare is very close to their hearts and painting the outside play park was their way of giving colour and joy to the children attending the school.

Joey's has gone through some hardships, with lights and swings being stolen, and the painting of this outside park gave them hope and inspiration.

"We laughed a lot and really enjoyed the day spent in the park, and of course everyone was very tired," says Lynette White, real estate agent at Meridian Realty.

"The satisfaction of giving back trumps all tiredness. Our team came together by acknowledging this charitable preschool in our area, and supporting this community we live in. We could not finish both grounds in the 67 minutes, but left the paint for them to finish in their own time. "

Meridian Realty and Classic Paints in George sponsored the paint.
