GEORGE NEWS - Two big blackwood trees crushed a fence and a garage in Denneoord when they were blown over by a gust of wind during the berg wind on Sunday 9 June.
According to the owner, it’s believed that the wind channeled through the firebreak close to their house.
The trees are believed to be approximately 50 years old.
