GEORGE NEWS - Delayed flights at George Airport had travellers on edge today, and those expecting visitors, also wanted to know what the problem was.
According to Zenzeni Ndebele, a spokesperson for the airport company, three flights to George were delayed.
She said there were some technical issues in Johannesburg which delayed one flight - this flight is only expected at 20:00 tonight.
The other flight to George, which had baggage problems, already landed at 14:08 this afternoon.
The Cape Town flight, says Ndebele, was in rotation, which means it had to take another route from the Mother City after it had to wait for a late flight from Skakuza.
The Cape Town flight landed at 15:37 this afternoon.
