GEORGE NEWS - No injuries were reported after an Isuzu Bakkie burned out on the N2 near the Herold's Bay turn-off earlier today, Monday 17 January.

According to information received by the George Herald, the driver of the vehicle noticed smoke coming from the bonnet of the vehicle and pulled over next to the road. 

On closer inspection he saw flames and fuel dripping from under the vehicle.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
