GEORGE NEWS - Armed response officers are the ones that rush to your door when you are in need. But sometimes, they also support in other practical ways, especially when it's for a good cause.
"When we heard that the Blanco Primary School organised a fundraising day to support Cansa it was an easy decision to get involved," says Eric Gouws, Garden Route branch manager at Fidelity ADT.
Did I really let myself in for this? Gouws having his hair spray-painted.
In exchange for a small cash donation, participants could get their hair shaved or painted on the day of the fundraising, Wednesday 20 March. "The money raised will help Cansa and the work they do on child cancer. Thank you to Cansa for this important work you do," says Gouws.
