GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - The Garden Route SPCA (GRSPCA) George and Mossel Bay branches had a heartwarming response from the community on Mandela Day, Monday 18 July, as people arrived with much-needed donations and spent the day walking the dogs and cuddling the cats.
"We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every person who made a contribution, whether it be their time or a donation offered," said GRSPCA's public relations officer, Amber du Preez.
