GEORGE NEWS - The Allegro and Ontec offices are closed until Tuesday, 17 November due to Covid-related measures.
Persons that need to make use of the services of Allegro and Ontec, with regards to electrical meters, must please contact the Electrotechnical Services Directorate.
The Directorate will be able to assist with complaints and the replacement of meters but the connection of new meters will have to wait until the businesses reopen on Wednesday, 18 November.

Estimated response times from recorded time of complaint at above numbers:
- Low voltage electricity - within 24 hours
- High voltage electricity faults - can be longer than 24 hours depending on type of fault
