GEORGE NEWS - Thirty-nine Lamborghinis have arrived in George today for the biennial rally of the Lamborghini Club of South Africa.
The five-day rally, Corsa del Capo, starts in George and will end in Cape Town.
Club members are staying over at Fancourt Hotel from where they are undertaking sight-seeing tours of the area.
Club president Grant Mason says they will be leaving from George on Thursday to continue their tour towards Cape Town.
"We brought Valentino Balboni, the legendary former test driver for Lamborghini for 40 years, out of Italy as our guest on the rally," says Mason.
The models on the tour include the Aventador, Aventador SVJ, Huracan, Gallardo and Urus (SUV). The biggest drawcard on the tour is the Huracan STO, says Mason.
Corsa del Capo is also a charity drive for Potter's Haven, a children's home in Springs.
Valentino Balbino, legendary former Lamborghini test driver from Italy is on the tour.
The Outeniqua Mountains form a beautiful backdrop for the stunning Lamborghinis.
