LIFESTYLE NEWS - Studio Eunika is proud to invite dancers of all ages to become part of an inspiring, professional and purpose-driven dance environment as registration opens for 2026.
Founded and directed by Eunika Germishuys, Studio Eunika builds on a strong legacy of dance excellence.
Eunika has been immersed in the world of dance since the age of five, beginning her training at Christelle Smit Dance Studio, where she spent the past 17 years growing as both a dancer and educator.
In September 2025, she officially stepped into the role of studio owner, continuing the legacy under a fresh identity: Studio Eunika.
Eunika is a qualified teacher with the Association of International Dance Teachers (AIDT), a credential that reflects her commitment to high teaching standards, correct technique and dancer development.
Her training spans a wide range of styles, including modern, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, Latin American and American smooth, allowing students to receive well-rounded, versatile dance education.
She has been part of multiple dance productions since the age of eight, and has also appeared as a guest performer and judge at local dance shows and competitions.
This breadth of experience, together with her formal qualifications, allows her to offer informed, professional and inspiring training to her students.
Multiple national titles
Alongside her teaching career, Eunika has achieved notable success in competitive dance, earning multiple national titles.
These achievements bring valuable experience into the studio, especially for dancers who aspire to grow technically, artistically and competitively.
However, Studio Eunika is about more than trophies or titles.
At its heart, the studio is a space where dancers are encouraged to build confidence, explore creativity, and develop a genuine love for movement.
Each dancer is supported as an individual, whether they are dancing for enjoyment, personal growth or performance goals.
As Studio Eunika looks ahead to 2026, new and returning students are warmly invited to register and become part of a studio that values quality training, passion and purpose.
Registrations for 2026 are now open.
Open Day: 13 January 2026, 13:00-15:00 at Studio Eunika, Harry Mann Square, 112 York Street.
