GEORGE NEWS - Covid has done many things, but it has not silenced the public speakers of York High School!
This year they have participated in national competitions and achieved excellent results at the Tip of your Tongue Public Speaking competition, Interschools Public Speaking Competition and South African Literacy Association Public Speaking Competition.
These learners earned podium places in the categories Prepared Speech, Unprepared Speech and Motivational Speech.
All the competitions were held online or via video entry.
