GEORGE NEWS - The committee of U3A George/Wilderness has suspended all activities and programmes of U3A until further notice.
This is in view of Covid-19 and taking into account the age group of the members being in the most vulnerable section of the population.
"The committee did this with much regret as it realises the importance of U3A in many peoples lives. The committee will continue to monitor the situation closely and hope that everyone stays safe and remains cheerful," the committee said in a short statement.
