GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEO - With their clever tricks, Sue Green and her three Old English Sheepdogs drew plenty of attention when they visited George on Sunday morning, 2 April.
Green and her three cuddly giants, of which the male, Orion (5) is a current Dulux dog, visited Builder's Warehouse and entertained shoppers as part of a Dulux promotion.
Not only can they "read" cue cards, they can also bark their age and do tricks on paint tins - to mention a few.
During lockdown Green also taught them to ride a skateboard.
Orion isn't only known for his roles in the Dulux advertisements on TV, but he and his 'sisters', Jade and Yola, are also known for their work as the Joy dogs.
The name Joy derived from the first letter of each their names.
The trio regularly visit homes for the elderly, schools, shopping centres and community events to bring a little colour and cheer to the world. Green and her dogs does regular work for Dulux and this was their first visit to George.
Dulux has used an Old English Sheepdog as the brand mascot for Dulux paint since 1961.
